General Annual Meeting

The AGM of MOHANDES was held at 7:00 P.M. of May 2nd, 2007 in Thorn Hill Room of Sheraton Parkway Hotel on Highway #7 with the presence of more than %50 of the members. First the Chairman of the Board presented the activities report of Mohandes in the past year and then Treasurer gave the financial report, which was approved by the Assembly. Then the BOD suggested modifications in MOHANDES Constitution were discussed and two of them were approved as:

Then Assembly voted for the electing of 6 new BOD members and following were elected.

1) Mr. Arsalan Mohajer

2) Mr. Aziz Azad

3) Mr. Ebrahim Bagheri

4) Mr. Ardavan Rezaei

5) Mr. Javad Beheshti

6) Ms. Sona Saeidi

The new BOD held their first meeting on May 16^th, 2007 and internal election was done as follows:
