The speaker will cover the following topics in Aggression Management: The definition of aggression, The benefit of being angry, Types of aggression, Roots of aggression, How to manage the anger and frustration, What is IQ and EQ, Ways of helping ourselves not to get into trouble and aggression, What makes us angry, What is Empathy (Empathy vs Sympathy), and Relaxation

About the Speaker: 

Dr Daei is a Clinical Psychotherapist working in the Toronto area with 25 years of experience in assessment and counseling in cognitive and behavioral therapy, stress management, and crisis intervention and aggression management. He graduated from London University (England) with Ph.D. in Psychology in 1977, and did his Post-Doctorate work at York University in 1990 and 1991. Throughout his career, he has carried out most of his work in the therapeutic relationship, concerning such issues as loss (in areas of victims and vulnerable persons), marriage counseling and children of victim’s family counseling.
