The AGM of MOHANDES was held at 7:00 P.M. of May 5th , 2010 in Markham Room of Sheraton Parkway Hotel on Highway #7 with the presence of more than %50 of the members. First the Chairman of the Board presented the activities report of MOHANDES in the past year and provided a status report of Mohandes state of affairs. Subsequently the Treasurer and auditor gave their financial reports, after which the election of the new board of directors was allowed to take place.

Then Assembly voted for the electing of 9 new BOD members and following were elected.

2- Mr. Peter Koshman

3- Mr. Hamid Mirzaei

4- Ms. Pantea Pervisian

5- Mr. Karim Zarpak

6- Mr. Farhat Dehkhoda

Following member s are selected as substitute

1- Ms. Romina Mirtorabi

2- Mr. Hassan Khaki

3- Mr. Morteza Hashemian

Mr. Hamid Tabrizi will continue his second year of two year BOD membership

The new BOD held their first meeting on May 24th , 2010 and internal election was conducted as follows:

1- Mr. Alireza Khodabandeh Chair

2- Mr. Peter Cushman Vice Chair

3- Mr. Shahram Zarpak Secretary

4- Mrs. Pantea Pervissian Treasurer

5- Mr. Hamid Tabrizi Head of the culture and technology Committee

6- Mr. Hamid Mirzaei Committee Head of the Registration & Membership

7- Mr. Farhat Dehkhoda Head of the social Committee
